Return policy
Since Prinful work with many different vendors who manufacture products customized upon a
placed order, if the customer wants to return a product, they’d need to return it to each vendor
who shipped it, not Printful headquarters. If the vendor is located abroad, the customer needs
to pay a high shipping price for a return.
Not all vendors receive returns. Some vendors receive a returned product, but since each product
is customized, there’s no inventory storage, so some vendors would donate returned products.
So as a store owner, it is hard to address a solid return policy. This is the most tricky matter in
providing customers with a convenient shopping experience. Most of the customers who shop
online tend to be sensitive about shipping methods, and delivery dates. Figuring out the seamless
shipping methods, and return policy is the most challengeable question through building an online
shop process.
