Soo Kim is a design leader specializing in motion and digital design, with extensive experience across fashion, music, beauty, publishing, and retail.
She approaches product development with a global mindset, focusing on aligning user needs with business goals, leading teams effectively, and delivering impactful, successful products. In addition, she has developed digital products through personal projects, including initiating Happy Pit Bulls to advocate for shelter animals, as well as designing T-shirts and portraits as part of her creative practice.
With a growing focus on AI product development, data systems, and digital platform infrastructure, Soo applies a creative yet analytical lens to emerging technologies. Her interests in machine learning center on ethical AI, regulatory frameworks, and socially responsible innovation.
She holds a master’s degree in Global Thought from Columbia University, where she examined the concept of “globality” in a mobile world through the lenses of economics, politics, history, sociology, and the humanities. The program also includes focused studies in tech marketing, product management, AI policy, leadership, communication, and comparative literature.
